How to add subtitles to your gif

First, open or create your gif.

I have 14 layers:

Now, go to your last layer (im my case, the 14) and create a new layer, then select all the frames in the window animation

Then, select the shape tool:

In that new layer, make a rectangle in black. 

Set the opacity of that rectangle to 30%

Now create a new layer, click on text tool.

Type what you want and click play.

That´s all!

Just save it! and we will have:
